The Clongorey Community Association tries to accommodate all age groups by means of recreation. For younger members of the community there are dance classes available. A summer camp was also held in July and various seasonal parties are held annually.
The more competitive adults can fight for a place on place the local soccer team but other events are also held such as race nights, table quizes etc. It is here where the glory days of Clongorey G.A.A. are recalled and the heroes of '58 and '78 are remembered.
